Group Resistance Training (GRT): 45mins
GRT sessions are based around lifting weights but utilize other forms of resistance training, such as kettle bells, therabands and cable machines. Our trainers are sticklers for good technique so you will be taught how to squat, deadlift, bench press, pull up and other compound lifts.
